AGA was very pleased with the turnout and our first of a series of educational credit & collection’s webinars that we will now be hosting on a monthly basis. Our first webinar was focused on Deductions and Dispute Management and presented by Diana Crowe of IAB, Inc. entitled “Winning the Game of Dispute/Deduction Resolution”. In this 40 minute presentation Diana gave a broad range overview of the challenges facing credit professionals whose companies operate in markets where deductions and disputes are prevalent.
